ADM Adds CMM Capabilities
The recent purchase of a Brown and Sharpe Global Image 5P 9208 System with PC-DMIS 4.2 provides ADM and our customers the full complement of Digital Product Definition/Model Based Definition capabilities. This investment coupled with Catia V5 and Unigraphics Direct Cad Interface provides opportunities to validate customer native design CAD models while providing a “one source” solution for reduced cost, reduce cycle time and higher quality parts . Additionally, the capability of exporting the AS9102 report with PC-DMIS will streamline First Article Inspections and production inspection reports.
Aero Dynamic Machining, Inc. becomes Unigraphics capable.
As part of our ongoing investment in technology, ADM has purchased Unigraphics to streamline the product build cycle.
Aero Dynamic Machining, Inc. becomes Catia V5 capable.
As part of our ongoing investment in technology, ADM has purchased Catia to streamline the product build cycle. This capability includes viewing, interrogating, and translating native Catia models for subsequent CNC programming and inspections while moving one step closer towards Digital Product Definition approval.
Aero Dynamic Machining has relocated to a new 30,000 sq ft facility in Garden Grove Ca. The new facility affords further opportunities for growth in support of the increasing demands for aerospace manufacturing capacities. ADM continues to make significant investments in infrastructure to ensure customer satisfaction and ever increasing levels of quality and delivery performance. To coincide with the move, 5 more spindles have been added to our arsenal of CNC equipment. Please see our updated equipment list for further details and specifications.
