Aero Dynamic Machining, Inc. (“ADM”) has instituted requirements that all employees and personnel of ADM are required to participate in annual ethics training so as to prepare its personnel to respond appropriately in situations that may require prudent ethical decisions. All ADM employees, including but not limited to all managerial and sales personnel, are required to attend annual ethics training, whether in person or by video conferencing.

In addition to the annual ethics training, all ADM employees are encouraged to consult, discuss and ask questions directly whenever any ADM employee is confronted with a situation that may involve ethical decision making process. Additionally, all personnel are encouraged to report any violations of ADM’s Code of Ethics and Conductto the CEO, President, Vice President, the HR Department and ADM’s General Counsel without fear of retribution and/or retaliation.
